In 2001, Boulangerie Nantaise' parent company, Biofournil, opened this bakery as it's only North American location. Featuring organic breads, authentic pastries, espresso and a lunch menu - this place is one of Belltown's best kept secrets. 'French nostalgic' was the aim for this brand. Warm tones from the logo then helped inspire the cozy restaurant interior.
